THANKS TO EVERYONE

Well for anyone who is interested we raised $3,262 at the tournament on saturday. Which totally surpassed all my expectations. I personally only needed $1000, so all of the extra that was raised will go to the church to help out with anyone who had trouble meeting their total. I just need to thank everyone who had a hand in this. Starting off with everyone at Setters....Kevin, Debbie, Marty, Tom. Lou & Heather for organizing and running the show. Thomas for coming up to sing, jeremy tye for dj'ing, everyone who helped maked the gift baskets( renee, jodie, allison, steph, stacey, nicole) and for helping out at the tournament(including bis & Angie). Anyone who helped by donating items, craig rudd for his cornhole boards and josh hamer for his.
Also wanna thank everyone who came up to Skyline Chili last month to help raise money. I hope everyone had a good time on saturday. I really do appreciate all the support and for everyone taking the time on saturday to come out and participate. Special thanks to all the companies who donated...Bliss salon in loveland, LaBella Salon on the west side, Gold Star Chili, Cincinnati Zoo, Bengals, Chipotle, Cincinnati Cyclones and Cracker Barrel. Everyone who lent out their cornhole boards...Bob, Mark & renee, james, lou.
Sorry if I have forgotten anyone. This really was a group effort. So if you see any of these people thank them for a good tournament. Congrats to the winners of cornhole and volleyball. Thanks again

REC PLAYERS FOR 9/27 TOURNAMENT
vballer Posts 13

Just reminding people that there is also a recreational volleyball tournament being held on the 27th that we need some more people to play in. This is for people who maybe dont play very much or who just wanna come out and be a part of the fun without worrying about all the rules. Anyone is welcome to play, bring your friends and family, its a chance for people who havent played in the other tournaments to get out and play some volleyball for a good cause. The price of the tournament includes food (hamburgers & hotdogs), and prizes for the winners, as well as door prizes, raffle items and several silent auction items.
They both will begin at 430 and you can signup online here or at Setters. And also dont forget about the cornhole thats at noon. Thats for anyone and everyone to play in and is $10 a person, the winners of that will receive a set of cornhole boards (donated by josh hamer)

Monthly Euchre Tournament
Debbie Posts 47
|
Beginning in October we are going to be holding a monthly Euchre tournament at our house. It will be the 3rd Saturday of each month until Setters starts again in the Spring. The cost will be $10.00 to play or $5.00 if you only want to come and hang out and drink beer. The way it will work will be out of the $10.00, $5.00 will be split between the first and second place in the tournament, $2.00 will to towards the beer that we will provide, $2.00 will be put towards pizzas or subs for that night, & $1.00 will go into the kitty and the person with the most points from the tournament will win the pot. We will provide the beer and soft drinks and if you would like to bring an appetizer that would be helpful. If you need more information you can contact us at 859-802-0198 or 513-884-4388.
If you don't play euchre we also have ping pong, pool, and of course Wii will be available. This will be a way to stay in touch with all your friends at Setters through the cold winter months. Hope to see you there.
